First time at Azure? 10 things to know before your staycation

Before you arrive

1. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 NN.

2. Bring the original valid ID of every guest (school ID or birth certificate for kids).

3. Reserve parking ahead if you drive: ₱380 per night for cars, ₱280 for motorcycles.

4. Call +63 927 960 8627 30 minutes to 1 hour before arrival.

When you get there

5. Wait at Gate #2; do not go straight to the unit.

6. A refundable ₱1,000 security deposit is collected at check-in.

During your stay

7. Pools are open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays except holidays. Pool ₱250 per head; wave pool ₱250 for 2 plus ₱100 per extra person; kids below 3 ft free.

8. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and pets are not allowed.

9. You can cook in the unit's kitchen; follow clean-as-you-go.
