What is Azure Urban Resort Residences?

Azure Urban Resort Residences is a resort-themed condominium community in Bicutan, Parañaque City, developed by Century Properties Group (through Century Limitless Corporation). It was launched in 2010 and is known as the "beach in the city" because of its man-made white-sand beach and wave pool.

The development sits on a six-hectare property along West Service Road, Marcelo Green, right beside SM City Bicutan. It has nine residential towers and 5,355 units.

The nine towers

Each tower is named after a famous beach destination: Rio, Santorini, St. Tropez, Positano, Miami, Maui, Maldives, Boracay and Bahamas. Bahamas was the final tower inaugurated when the development was completed.

Amenities

Azure is famous for its man-made beach and wave pool, two lagoon pools, a lap pool, a children’s water play area, a beach volleyball area, a basketball court and pocket gardens. At the center is the Paris Beach Club, the bean-shaped clubhouse whose interiors were designed by Paris Hilton.

The project was recognized as the Philippines’ Best Condo Development at the Philippines Property Awards and the South East Asia Property Awards.
