How it works

We are a small Manila-based team managing a handful of condo units across the metro. Booking directly with us means no platform markup and no surprise service charges.

1. 1

   Search by condo, dates, and guests

   Pick a building — Azure Urban Resort Residences or Eastbay Residences — set your check-in and check-out, then tell us how many adults, children, and rooms you need.

2. 2

   Reserve the unit

   Choose a unit and hit Reserve. The system checks every existing reservation before it confirms; if the dates clash you will see “Dates already reserved” immediately.

3. 3

   Verify your payment

   Pay via GCash or bank transfer and send the receipt to our mobile number with your booking reference. Prefer to settle on the day? Choose Pay on Arrival instead.

4. 4

   Check in

   You will get the unit number, lockbox or kiosk code, and the building's house rules at least 24 hours before arrival.
