Cancellation and rebooking fees
Cancellations or rebookings more than 8 hours after booking confirmation have a ₱500 fee. Same-day cancellations are charged the full amount.

Call our live agent at +63 927 960 8627 or email [email protected] as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and our rebooking policy.
Your booking reference
Every confirmed booking has a reference starting with AZC- in your confirmation email. Keep it ready when you contact us, and look up your booking anytime under My bookings.
Security deposit
The refundable ₱1,000 security deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out after staff checks the unit.

May ₱500 na fee ang cancellation o rebooking kapag lampas 8 oras matapos ma-confirm ang booking; full charge ang same-day cancellation. Para magpalit ng date o unit, tumawag sa +63 927 960 8627 o mag-email sa [email protected]. Ibinabalik ang ₱1,000 deposit sa check-out.
