How check-in and check-out work for Azure Condotels guests at Azure Urban Resort Residences.
Times
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 NN the next day. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability; late check-out is ₱100 per hour.
Arrival
Wait at Gate #2, call our live agent 30 minutes to 1 hour before arrival, and our staff will meet you. Do not go straight to the unit; it is against property protocol.
Registration
Your IDs are registered with security. Sending IDs ahead to [email protected] after booking makes check-in faster.
Check-out
Call our hotline when ready. Staff checks the unit, returns your IDs and your deposit.
Sa Taglish
Check-in 3PM, check-out 12NN. Sa Gate #2 maghintay at tumawag bago dumating. Ipadala in advance ang IDs para mabilis. Pag check-out, tumawag lang para i-check ang unit at maibalik ang ID at deposit.
