Azure house rules for staycation guests: pets, quiet hours, visitors and IDs

Are pets allowed at Azure?

No. Pets are strictly not allowed at Azure Urban Resort Residences, including in staycation units.

Quiet hours and parties

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and loud noise inside the units are not allowed, out of respect for residents and other guests. Fines may apply for violations.

Valid IDs for every guest

Bring the original valid ID of every guest. Guests of legal age need a government ID; guests below 18 can use a school ID, and kids not yet studying can use a birth certificate. IDs are held at the guardhouse in exchange for a visitor's pass and returned at check-out.

You can email your IDs to [email protected] after your booking is confirmed to speed up registration.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed but must register with security and follow the house rules. Total occupancy may not exceed the unit limit of 4 adults plus 1 kid below 3 ft.

Clean-as-you-go

Daily cleaning is not included. Please keep the unit tidy and take out your trash; a ₱300 cleaning fee applies if the unit is left very dirty. Extra cleaning can be requested for a fee.
